Weitai Wooden Ware Sdn. Bhd. was founded in April 2019, specializing in producing kitchen cabinets, which are wall cabinets, base cabinets, tall cabinets, bath cabinets, and panels to fulfill American market needs.
Until now, we had trained around 100 professional and skilled workers in the process of manufacturing the cabinets.
The factory’s production line is set up with auto spraying equipment and high-tech machinery imported from the China suppliers, like Wharton and MAS.
By using China modern machinery, solid wood kitchen cabinets undergo continuous proper steps, like cutting, grooving, drilling, assembly, pressing, conditioning, and sanding.
We use condition room to harden the glue inside the newly assembled white parts and evaporate its water so that the moisture content of the wood is reduced to a level equivalent to the local equilibrium moisture content, to avoid the wood from mildew or the erosion of insects and fungi, wood splitting or deformation during storage, transportation, and use.
With the help of ultraviolet machinery, workers spray solid wood cabinets with different colors depending on the customer’s needs. We have many colors to choose from, such as Shaker White, Shaker Blue, Shaker Grey, Jade Green, Alton Stone Grey, Alton Ivory White, and so on. Based on past orders, Shaker White is the most welcoming color in the American market.
According to different models, the cabinet bodies are made with their own specific measurements which are set by the computer. Afterward, the cabinet goes through the subsequent steps of grooving and drilling to facilitate the installation of the hinges.
When all things are prepared, it’s time to come to the final step – Packing.
Inside the carton box, there are top board, back plate, spacers, side plate, kicking board, and hardware box, which all are parts of the kitchen cabinet and are protected by polyfoam and PE foam in order to secure the finished products.
